Does this look like damping off? my dill sprout started tipping over today so i checked out the roots and this is how it looks, is there any saving this?

It might be time to put it in a pot or permanent location. Needs room for the roots to grow down and out and it should stay upright. I just transplanted my mint sprouts because the starter dish wasn’t deep enough and now they’re thriving.

but no roots were visible at the bottoms or sides of the container! could it still have to do with the pot size? i assumed i’d know when its time to repot once i saw roots started to grow near the edges of the container
