I'm trying to change the humidity settings in Planta. It's saying mine is normal, but it's not as we live in Las Vegas where it's low. I've tried talking to Planta and the "bot" is very poor. Any ideas would be appreciated.

If you go into the settings for your different “sites” you should be able to adjust the humidity to dry air, normal, or very humid.

0 LikesVera, the outside sites do not have a humidity option so they must be controlled by Planta. The inside sites do have the option. Thanks again!

Oooo I misunderstood. Have you tried editing your location on the app?
1 LikeI live in Vegas so I presume Planta will adjust accordingly to the current humidity conditions. Nine months of the year the humidity is always low. Currently 23%.

I’m in Arizona, so I totally get it. I would think that if you have your ZIP Code in put it into the app, it should be adjusting that. Maybe that’s what the app considers “normal” humidity for your area?
