Hello! I bought this mature rubber plant a week ago from the sale section, the rest of the plant seems fairly healthy, my question is regarding these crispy tips. Would you cut the whole leaf off? Or trim just the crispy bits off? I’d usually happily whip crispy leaves off my smaller plants but if I did this on this plant it would be half naked. Appreciate any helpful thoughts!

I would leave them, they’re still being used by the plant, even if the aesthetic is off. And dig into why it’s happening. I suspect underwatering and maybe too much light for the amount of water it was getting before you rescued it

Could be low humidity, try misting every now and then

I don’t recommend misting, because it doesn’t actually raise ambient humidity for more than a few minutes. Instead, I would invest in a humidifier because it’s the most reliable way to keep humidity loving plants happy.

I’d add a humidifier. My rubber plant and FLF are thriving with one
