Hi all! Please help 😭 my snake plant is not doing well, we repotted roughly 2-3 weeks ago (she was way overdue for a repotting and she was doing really well) We are planning to repot her tonight/tomorrow but any tips for this would be really appreciated! Thank you so much

I’ve had a snake plant die from transplant shock. I know they love being really tight in their pots. Maybe down size slightly?

I would give it water after repotting and keep it out of to much sun after

My snake Lazarus...had bad root rot, nearly all the roots were gone. Got him in a smaller pot. They like to be root bound, and bottom watered to help the roots to stretch down and not have the water sit on top on the leaves. He is healing and looks happy. Lost 1 leave, but came back from the dead. I also read snakes like to be neglected and abandoned too so less is best.

This was her before we repotted! Some brown tips on the other side. We repotted into the same pot, and some of her roots split up that’s how we ended up with two. I’m thinking we should bring her back together with her babies, remove the dead ones, pot all the way at the bottom, add soil, bottom water, and let her be - any tweaks here you’d suggest? Thank you so much!! This was very helpful advice :)

Could be too much. Try a smaller pot but don’t water for a while
