   Could be a lot of reasons. To me I would think sunburn at first glance. After that I would say low humidity and/or underwatering. It looks wet. If you are misting to increase humidity, that is pretty much useless. You need a humidifier. Not a little “personal” or “plant” humidifier. Get a regular room size.

   I have no helpful comment, but offer empathy. I came here to say I love your pot. My arrowhead is also in a face pot. What is it about these plants that give hair vibes!?

   Actually - Have you potted recently? Do you have good drainage? I had a second pink arrowhead that I got at the same time as the one in the pic. I repotted it into a cute planter without drainage (rookie move) and before I could say transplant shock, she was gone.
