Does anyone know what these little things are growing out of my plant? I haven’t noticed them before. Thanks!

Def roots. It’s normal for jade

They seem to be aerial roots. The succulents would use them to trail along the ground in its environment. They aren’t too hard fine to have.

They are roots, lay that back into the pot and it will root and spread

Roots - it can indicate that the jade is potentially not getting enough water, so it’s putting out more roots to try to get more. You can cut below the roots and put them directly in soil, or just let them do their thing

Yes roots definitely. And yes you can start a new plant at the point where the roofs come out. It's nice if you can lay them down into the soil still attached to the parent plant but that is not entirely necessary.

And I agree they can indicate need for more water. I water mine about once a month. I water until water runs out of the bottom of the pot and then I let it drain for a few minutes before I put it back. Then I don't water it again for another month. Jade is not demanding as far as fertilizer or anything else for that matter but occasionally a little fertilizer is helpful. Not in January but in the spring when the growing season starts.
