The spots on the Monstera leaf appear to be a pest infestation, possibly thrips or spider mites. These pests can cause damage by feeding on the plant tissue, leading to discoloration and speckling… Isolate your monstera to prevent possible Spreading. Try using insecticidal soap, neem oil, or a diluted dish soap solution. And it needs to be repeated as needed (Try about 1-2 weeks consistently)
1 mi piaceSince you said they aren’t moving and don’t easily scrape off, they might be a type of scale bug. Full disclosure, I do not have much experience with scale. I do know that if you wet a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol and wipe it over scale you should be able to scrape them off with tweezers. The alcohol apparently breaks their seal to the plant. You might want to try that and see if they are easy to squish after you remove some. If they are they are probably scale and you can research how to effectively treat them. I would definitely keep that plant away from others while you are working it out; and treating it. And if there are any plants nearby you might want to check those too.
1 mi piaceIt's not spider mite and I doubt that it's scale or thrips. I'm thinking edema ...maybe.
2 Mi piaceThis looks like either thrip damage, or a raised rust infection. But often rust can be rubbed off to a point. So i would treat for thrips. Their life cycle is like 45 days and they can vaguely fly. So make sure to treat any plants around it.
2 Mi piaceIt doesn’t look like scale. Another possibility is corking which is common on a monstera’s leaf stems and vines.
3 Mi piaceI've never seen these corking on the leaves. But it does look similar to the stem corking I've seen.
