Hello lovelies Can I get some help/direction for my monstera adanaonii? I wait until it’s bone dry to water.. have a grow light and a humidifier. Is this because it doesn’t have chlorophyll in the white part of the leaf? Any pointers - help please!! 🫣🌱

Bright indirect sunlight is the way to go for this plant. Preferably near or on a window. Cut the vines as needed if they start to look scraggly to encourage new growth. Here is the problem. All plants are different, but monstera’s like consistently moist soil but not soggy. The white part is a mature leaf!! They turn white when they mature! If you’ve had it for a few months you will notice the leaves turning a pale white! 😁 Hope this helps!

The white leaf getting brown spots on the white though… is that any kind of pest or just the leaf ending its life cycle to give way to new leaves?

this is pretty common with variagation. due to the lack of cholophyl, the white parts cannot photosynthesize, and this makes the white parts more sensitive. the picture attached goes into more details :) i would definatly increase your watering schedule, and water when there is a about a thirs of wet soil at the bottom of the pot. you can use a wooden chopstick or skewer, and push it into the soil until it reaches the bottom. leave it there for a minute or two, and after taking it out, if it is dry, definately water. if there is moisture on the wood more than about 1/3, you can wait to water. hope this helps!!
