Looks like its overwatered. What is your watering routine?

It’s most certainly not over watered. This is a nepenthes maxima and a big one chances are it’s under watered and cold.

The leaves look down and drooping. I also see a yellow leaf due to too much water. It could be cold but outdoors, theres a lot of sunlight to protect it from the cold.

That could be way too little. It could be drying out. What medium is it being kept in?

Misting is not a good way to provide the continued high humidity needs of a nepenthes. It needs to be warm and near a humidifier with strong light unless it’s being kept in tropical conditions.

Thats great I think the problem is that this plant doesn't like full sun and big amount of sunlight. But your plant is outside which may effect your plants leaves

No it needs a lot of sun and the winter has been too dark for nepenthes outdoors.

It is recommended with part sun part shade, not full sun. Plus the winters aren't all that dark. Daytime is still light and brighr.

Hello. You should join the carnivorous corner to get help with this nepenthes. I do nepenthes consults for free and help people keep them happy and healthy. First off- what temperatures is it being exposed to? This plant will not survive it dropping below 50 for much longer than an hour and it’s hard for me to think of many places in the US where it hasn’t too cold this winter for keeping nepenthes outdoors. Even Florida got too cold for a little bit. Unless you’re in Hawaii please bring it indoors. Nepenthes are almost impossible to over water. They would only turn brown if they were getting crispy as they’re extremely sensitive to drying out. They must be kept moist at all times. What is the medium that it’s being kept in? Another thing is light, and as it’s winter, its not getting a good 10+ hours of strong light from outdoors. I would be happy to help you figure out what’s wrong you can either respond here or contact me @nepenthomancer on IG.

You can save it but you must get it into warmer and more humid temperatures ASAP and supplemental light is almost always necessary in the winter for nepenthes.
