Hey yall so I have this relatively new addition to my plant collection, my little aloe Vera pup Rosy. I’ve had her for a few months now and she never used to have roots but I looked up a tutorial on how to help her grow some. I followed the video and after about two weeks she started growing a root and the video told me to plant her then. So now I have and she’s growing bigger and new leaves which is a good sign. However as she’s growing leaves some of them are yellowing and one actually dried out. Am I not watering her enough or is there another problem? Because she’s growing new leaves just fine just that some of her old ones are dying…Im not supper familiar with aloe Vera plants so please help Rosy!

that pot looks very big for rosy. rosy needs a two or four inch pot for right now. she's probably fighting to establish longer roots, and that's why her leaves are suffering.

Be careful not to over water. That could cause yellowing. Only 1x per month recommended right now.

Oh thank you. I kind of doubt it, it’s winter right now where I live and I don’t get overwhelming amounts of sun in my room during winter it’s really during summer I need to be careful because my room faces the sunrise

I personally watered mine every 2 days until it established. Now it's 6 inches big.
