    Looks like some kind of soil issue. I would try replanting in new soil. Or mix 1 tablespoon of hydrogen peroxide with a liter of water to help kill the bacteria growing in the soil! Good luck ❤️

    This looks like you might be overwatering causing bacteria/mold to form. As the previous comment said you can replace the soil. But you can also buy a fungicide (I like the brand Arber) and this will treat it. Don’t let your ZZ fool you into thinking it needs water. Mine only gets water/fertilizer once every month and a half or 2 months.

      I water it every month it was my dad who watered it a few days ago and the leaves were turning yellow, I took outside for an hour to dry in the sun and now these are tiny ants I already checked, thank you for your information

      Luckily the fungus that you’re seeing is not harmful to the plant, it’s just yucky to look at. Has happened to several of mine.
