Hi! I recently repotted my Z plant and the soil has gotten kinda moldy. Is this due to the small drainage hole or something else?

Magneticgarden_It's completely normal. If you don't like the way it looks just stir up the soil a bit on the top 😊🪴 I would however make sure you aren't over watering this plant. That will cause it to die quicker than anything else.
