I have a little toe-tickler corcian mint that was doing well and now suddenly has this wet, goey spot in the center of it? I'm not sure what is wrong, I watered him only once since purchase and he gets plenty of light and drainage. Is this rot?

It’s a strong possibility that its root rot. If the roots are mushy or if it smells it’s definitely root rot. Take it out of the pot wash the roots. Save what you can but remove the damaged roots repot and be careful and monitor your watering
