My Dieffenbachia seguine 'Camilla' is starting to get yellow and it almost looks like something is eating it and there is like a bumpy area on one leaf does anyone recognize what is happening. And if so how to help it

SintheaNot as far as eating it goes but it looks like the pot it’s in is really large. Did you size up recently?
