Hey so I’ve had this plant since I think last Christmas (I’m not sure when exactly) and it’s a crinkle leafy succulent and I followed instructions online on how to take care of it but it’s quite literally shriveling up….I’m not sure how to help him because I’ve been watering him when he needs and he should be getting the correct amount of sunlight..he was growing a separate plant for awhile that got really long and healthy but my mom according pulled it off. So please please please help him I’m so lost at what I should do. I’ve never really had problems with my plants so I’m just really confused 😖

Yes a Crinkle Leaf Plant. It needs very bright light. High intensity grow lights would work. Direct morning sun would be great. Soil needs to dry out completely before watering. Which means weeks without watering. Does best in high grit cactus soil. Yours looks dehydrated. If soil is not dry then probably root rot which kills the roots and prevents the plant from taking up moisture.

That helped a lot! Would it be best for me to keep it outside then? It’s winter right now so my room is getting sunlight but not as much as it dose in the summer

Outside? Depends where you live. I’m in snow country. It needs warm temps.

I’m sorry. I should have said if soil is wet then probably bad roots.

Oh I guess never mind then. I might have to invest in some lights then 😅

Before investing in lights, check the root system. I kinda believe that’s the problem.
