As others have said, always bottom water succulents. Additionally make sure they are in a well draining pot and a succulent or cactus soil. The soil should fully dry between each watering and then let them sit a good while when watering. You can check dryness with a moisture meter or just a skewer.

These are probably overwatered and the soil looks way too organic. Change the soil to around 80/20 percent grit to organic and only water after they are dry for 3 or 4 weeks. I disagree with others saying not to water from the top. All my plants get drenched from the top just like in nature and they are more than fine. You just can’t overwater and the soil needs to drain and dry out quickly. I have 4 string of pearls and I’ve had them for years. I prop and make little plants for gifts all the time. Strong light, gritty soil, drench and drought and they will be fine.

Thank you! Yeah I think the soil isn’t drying out quick enough. I have a spot at work that would be great for its rehab. I’n the meantime I’ll shop for proper soil! This set up is directly from the greenhouse, but obviously between different environments plants need to adjust!
