   It almost look like you could be under watering (just put finger into soil to see if moist) or a sun burn. This could also be sucking in more energy that it needs because the variegated part does not provide.

     Almost positive I’m not under watering but I’ll keep a closer eye on it!

   This is standard behavior for the white leaves on these variegated monsteras. The white area can die off because it doesn’t have chlorophyll and is not supporting the photosynthesis process like the green areas. New leaves will grow to support this one if the deterioration continues. 🪴🍀

   I’ve noticed this is more likely to happen with low humidity. Keep that baby near a humidifier
