    Do nothing. It’s a short aerial root. It doesn’t need to be in soil.

      It will be beneficial if it gets put in soil when it’s long enough. Because then it will be its own branch. Kinda like a moss pole.

    I would not repot that for a good 3 months or so, unless it is just sucking up all the water you give it

      Yeah, it’s sucking up the water, roots out the bottom, and unstable.

    You can drop the plastic pot into ceramic outer pot if it’s getting top heavy or if you want a cuter pot.
