How do I get rid of gnats in my soil? I’ve tried hydrogen peroxide and neem oil and that doesn’t seem to help. It’s a pretty big plant, so I’m trying to avoid repotting if I can.

You can try sprinkling some diatomaceous earth on top of the soil
2 J'aimeI’ve heard some good things about treating your plant water with mosquito bits. Could be worth looking into.
3 J'aimeI HIGHLY recommend systemic granules from Amazon. I got a huge container of it from Amazon (10-12$ and I know prime day is coming up Oct 8-9) and I’ve had it for months. Just sprinkle some on top per the instructions, mix it a lil into the top layer of soil because adults lay their eggs on the top of soil

One of the most effective methods I've used is Mosquito Bits (doesn't kill beneficial crawlies). You can top the soil with it or steep mosquito bits in water and water your plants with the tea. Diatomaceous earth will prevent them from getting into or out of the soil (but also kills beneficial crawlies, topping soil with rocks or sand also acts as a barrier without killing any crawlies. But the most effective preventative I've ever used is switching from peat moss based soils to coco coir.
2 J'aimeHow often should i be watering with the mosquito bit tea?
1 j'aimeI believe there’s instructions on the bag. I’m going through this right now. I’m watering with the steeped bits every time I water the plant per Planta schedule. And I think the bag says to do it for 3 weeks for “light infestation”. But then to continue if needed
1 j'aimeHave you noticed any changes in your plants at all? Leaf browning or anything?

No, plants don't mind it at all. Even sensitive plants don't have issues with it.
1 j'aimeThank you!
1 j'aimeanother unmentioned method that one woman in my greenhouse swears by is topping the soil with a bit of sand to trap/block gnats from the soil— but I would only recommend it as an additional precaution along with a systemic
3 J'aimeI use a peppermint oil diluted spray… it’s plant and pet safe for the most part :)
