Yellowing is usually caused by overwatering and the black spot looks like some type of fungal desease? Make sure youâre not overwatering and if I were you I would try to mix some hydrogen peroxide and water and put it in a spray bottle to sanitize the plant

0 LikesIâd take a peek at the roots. Remove all the soil and wash the roots off. Cut off and mushy stinky roots and spray remaining roots with 3% peroxide, you donât have to rinse it off or dilute it with water. Both spots look like fungal to me. Water only when the soil is like 50-75% dry to prevent overwatering đ«¶đ»
1 LikeThank you so much!! Do you know how to cure any fungal issues ?
0 LikesYou can find fungicide at any nursery or on Amazon. But honestly yours is so little I wouldnât use fungicides yet. Just keep your leaves clean and dry, and your soil is drying out at least 50% before watering again. Itâs better to take preventative measure rather than treatment because the fungicides can be really harsh on your plant in the long run.

1 LikeJust gently remove the plant from the pot and look at the roots. (You donât want to mess with the root system too much) If the roots look black, mushy or smell its root rot. If the roots are white and firm theyâre normal and healthy. If the roots are healthy this is most likely a fungal/bacterial infection. This is caused by misting, Alocasias like high humidity but not water sitting on its thin leaves. Try using a humidifier or pebble tray instead.
