Possibly root rot if there’s no drainage in that pot.

    How often are you watering?

When the app tells me to

I think you’ve overwatered, instead of watering every time the app says so, you should check the soil to make sure it’s dry before watering again. I’d check the roots for root rot, anything brown/black and has a foul odor has to be cut off with sanitized shears and repotted with new soil.

Update: it was rotted! I took it out of the pot, cut off the rotten stuff and put it in water to propagate new roots. Thanks for your help ❤️

Glad I could help, you can transfer back to soil once the roots are 2 inches long or have secondary roots. 😊

Is it two pots or just the one?

These type of plants like to completely dry out in between watering. So having it in a drainage pot is super important to avoid root rot! Then when watering you can remove any access water from the 2nd pot. Planta is a reminder of when to water you plant, so when you do just make sure the soil is completely dry. You can check this by using a moisture meter or using a wooden skewer. Hope this helps x
