Very confused by my Meyer lemon bush she dropped all her leaves this winter but now is putting out tons of flower buds?

    At first this seemed odd to me but I did a little bit of research. Apparently, it is not unusual for a Meyer lemon to bloom before it leafs out. There is such a thing as stress blooming so I suppose because of the low light and indoor conditions it could be stress blooming. Either way I would give it as much light as you can, appropriate watering, and citrus fertilizer. If it's blooming it's using nutrients so a little fertilizer would be in order. Now might also be a good time to do any pruning if you were planning on it.
