    I’m pretty sure it’s overwatered but It could also be the are too dry, if you touch the soil and it’s wet that’s what the problem is , they barely need water

      I hardly ever water it, just when Planta tells me which is like once a month, the soil is dry

    I'd go with the watering issue. Probably overwatering. I have several cactus Fridays and they only get watered twice a month Max maybe even once every 3 weeks.

    Not real sure but you might want to consider gently removing the affected portion especially if it's mushy

      It’s not mushy, I’ve removed it but it’s hard
