Is this scale? Planta says it might also be edema. It’s not easy to scrape off and takes the skin off the leaves when I try. Very healthy plant overall. Thanks!

It doesn’t look like scale to me. The shapes are quite irregular - especially looking at that spot down on the right! Scraping off scale also shouldn’t damage the leaf underneath, at least in my experience. I’d agree with edema!
