    Need more info. Could be sun or fertilizer burn. Depending on what the conditions are ect.

      It is inside and not near a window. And it does not get fertilized only plant fed twice a year.

    These don’t like change of any kind. Proximity to window and which direction does that window face? How often are you watering? Is it near a heating vent?

      It is not near any window and it only gets watered once a week.

      it needs to be near a window, these need good light. east or west facing is best
