hello! my friend said her button fern’s leaves have been drying out and dying a lot recently. any tips on how to help it?

    Hey, it just needs water every 2-3 days and HIGH humidity. The lack of humidity is making the leaves dry and fall, misting “helps” but if too much the leaves will wilt slowly so a humidifier close to it will do the trick, the light it gets on that window might also be a little much they do best in bright indirect light and although the window is frosted the heat that comes through it might not be working for it either so moving it a little further away from the window should work out.     The frosted window tells me it might be in a bathroom? If it has a shower that is used regularly, that will help with humidity. Does the pot have drainage? If it doesn’t then it need some holes or a different pot with plenty of drainage
