Does anyone know why my pothos is turning yellow? Also, would I be able to plant it in soil? Or should I keep it in water?

I’m gonna say lack of nutrients. You can keep it in water forever, but need to add VERY diluted fert. I would also upsize the jar its in. Its root system also looks good to move to soil if you want. Your choice :)
0 gillningarI’ve never fertilized any of my plants. I have 3 varieties of Pothos. What fertilizer do I buy?
0 gillningarThat’s totally up to you and there are a million different kinds out there. I prefer an organic based (e.g. fish or seaweed) as it’s more forgiving when over fertilizing or diluting. For my hydro plants I have a hydro specific fertilizer to make dilution easier and its meant for water so the compounds don’t break down the same way as others.
0 gillningarIt’s most likely ready for more space for growth because of your root system. Consider a bigger jar or go ahead and transfer to soil
