Does anyone know why my pothos is turning yellow? Also, would I be able to plant it in soil? Or should I keep it in water?

    I’m gonna say lack of nutrients. You can keep it in water forever, but need to add VERY diluted fert. I would also upsize the jar its in. Its root system also looks good to move to soil if you want. Your choice :)

      I’ve never fertilized any of my plants. I have 3 varieties of Pothos. What fertilizer do I buy?

      That’s totally up to you and there are a million different kinds out there. I prefer an organic based (e.g. fish or seaweed) as it’s more forgiving when over fertilizing or diluting. For my hydro plants I have a hydro specific fertilizer to make dilution easier and its meant for water so the compounds don’t break down the same way as others.

    It’s most likely ready for more space for growth because of your root system. Consider a bigger jar or go ahead and transfer to soil
