i got this cutting from etsy and it was okay the first few days and now it looks like this? and it arrived in spaghnum moss and then i put it straight in water

    I think it’s likely from stress of shipping and being moved planting mediums - I have had existing leaves seriously drop/die when repotting plants from water to soil etc. if the nodes/roots/stem are still healthy, I’d just keep an eye on it - if the spots start spreading you may want to remove the leaf to ensure it’s not a surface fungus that will spread to others) With time if the stem and nodes are healthy she should start sprouting new leaves even if this older one drops off. :)
