SoupKinda looks like thirps, they are a pretty annoying pest, you can buy treatments for them tho, just keep it away from your other plants as they can fly, jump, and yea

Nic Van DIf you see Thrips, spray it with Bonide insecticidal soap, and put the Bonide granuals in the top of the soil.
