    definitely looks like some kind of pest unfortunately :( some bugs will latch on to leaves, fruit, flowers, and stalks of plants to drink the sap from them. when they leave and the plant heals the hole, it ends up looking like that. that’s frustrating, im sorry!

    Also kind of resembles septoria leaf spot

    That’s a fungal disease. Septoria Blight could be the cause. It’s common on tomatoes. It quickly spreads. Treat with a fungicide. Remove and destroy all infected/damaged parts of the plants or the spores can overwinter in the soil reemerging next spring. It may take repeated applications to clear.
