Hello! I am seeking advice to help my Thai Constellation! When I got this plant 20 or so days ago it already had half a leaf and all the same sprouts. I have not seen any new growth and I noticed that the bottom small leaf looks a lighter green from when I got it. I replanted it in a tropical soil mix when I got it and 11ish days ago. When I noticed a root outside of the soil had become soft. What steps should I take next to help this plant thrive! It’s about 4 ft from a window and I have a grow light on it 4 hrs in the early morning. Thanks for any help!!

The small leaf (sucker) is just old and will die. It is natural. 😉

Should I trim it and the other one off?

It may need more light. Run the grow light at least 12 hours a day with the light about a foot from the top of the plant. Being 4 feet from a standard residential window is considered partial shade. Also, regularly fertilize. 🪴🍀

The pot looks too big for it and they like chunky soil and LOTS of sunlight.
