Looks like a bacteria that can happen from too much moisture. Maybe spraying it down and off and repotting in a succulent griddy mix. But I believe that it isn’t necessarily harmful, just unpleasant. But it’s an indication of watering and maybe needing less

Completely agree with Andy. I’d scrape the top later of soil off and spray the remaining layer underneath with hydrogen peroxide to kill any lingering bacteria. Mushrooms can be a good sign of soil health, but it can definitely be an indicator of the soil being too moist, poor in drainage and taking too long to dry out, or the current environment your plant is in is a little too humid, especially for an aloe. If you wanna try for a complete repot, I swear by Espoma’s Organic Cactus and Succulent mix. Pleas avoid Miracle Grow’s soil, even their cactus mix. It is not well-draining enough and if you’re already having problems with humid conditions or the soil taking a while to dry out, their soil could easily exacerbate that and quickly lead to overwatering and root rot. Hope this helps.

If you zoom in, those lil yellow guys look a lot like pinning mushrooms. I think they're commonly called flowerpot parasols or something like that. Pinning is when they're breaking through the soil, about to become recognizable as mushrooms. I don't know enough about aloe care to know if that means you should water a little less, but I know the mushrooms are generally a fungus that's harmless to plants.

It’s fungal growth and not a bacterial infection. It won’t hurt your plants. Don’t disturb the soil and potentially damage roots by repotting. You can treat with a commercial fungicide if you find it unsightly.
