Anyone know why this calethea vittata’s leaves are curling? I water when top two inches of soil are dry.

    my calatheas ends of its leaves are doing the same thing. i’ve heard it might be under fertilized. have you fertilized it ?

    i’m not 100% sure but it could be the water! if it’s not distilled/filtered i think that can happen. there’s tap water conditioner for plants you can get on amazon!

    i saw someone else say that it could be the water, that’s valid too, i only use distilled water, which is why i think it could be the fertilizer. it could also be inconsistent watering, there’s a lot of things it could be, also check your humidity if they’re dried out. i read that they like a good bit of humidity, if they are very soft and not dried up maybe you’re overwatering
