I received this last week and planted it for first time. Anyone have any suggestions at why it’s wilting like this.

Looks like a watering issue. If the leaves are dry and crunchy, that's dehydration. If the leaves are squishy, that indicates root rot and overwatering

Id say they are withered and squishy. Thank you. I’ll try to step back with watering. Any suggestion on how to pivot

You'll want to repot (you could probably downsize) trim off any rotting roots with a sterilized pruner. Treat the remaining roots with a fungicide. Repot in a soil mix that drains well (I'd go for a cactus and succulent mix for this one.) Normally you'd water immediately after a repot, but since the roots have been too wet, you might give them a day or two to enjoy the dry soil before watering them. You can also put some small gravel in the pot bottom to help make sure the root tips never sit in water.

👆🏻 What Waspinator says. But I would also ask if that pot has drainage holes? Could be part if the problem is it doesn’t.
