My rubber plant leaves are drooling down and getting brown edges. I keep the plant near backyard door for 5-6 hrs a day to get maximum light. Please help

    This looks like overwatering. I would repot and check the roots for root rot as well. When repotting use a well draining soil, orchid bark perlite and a succulent mix, mix together. Try watering also with a distilled water every once in a while because they can be sensitive to tap water

    i was going to say overwatering too, or standing water! does the pot have a drainage hole?

    Yea it does have drainage holes. I checked the soil and doesn't look over watering
