Trying to be realistic with my peace lily. I had originally kept her in water as I was told this is a great way to keep them alive. Well it slowly started to get brown ends, so about a week ago I planted her in soil. I understand shock comes into play but I do not think this plant will ever recover. Any opinions? The Dr feature says there is still a chance but I am not convinced.

When its been in water for a long time its a good to slowly introduce soil. But since its already in soil you need to keep it wet They are very dramatic. I think its still going to recover. Just make sure the soil doesn't dry out for a few weeks. Then back off a little bit. Within a month it should be back to normal with the watering.

Yes! Other option would have been going to leca which the roots would have been fine with.

This looks way better than one of my peace lilies did after repotting 😅 it will most likely be fine!

Mine has only been in soil and it looked exactly like that yesterday. It perked up after being watered and it was just watered 4 days ago! They are such pretty drama queens. 😍
