I recently got a lavender and repotted it into a pot without drainage holes (Ik, not great idea). She ended up getting left in the rain a couple times and looked to be drowning.. I just repotted her into a pot with drainage holes, but the base of the plant isn’t looking great and neither are the flowers (I’m unsure if the flowering is going through its cycle or not). Any help?

Repotting is stressful on the plant because the root system is disturbed. Roots get damaged and broken. Plus, the plant was already under stress from overwatering. That damaged plant may be reflecting both the water soaked conditions like root rot and the stress of repotting. Give it a week to see if stops drying.
