    have you noticed any differences in the plant or root system? i’ve seen those myself and wonder the same thing

      I haven’t noticed anything different about my plant but a few sources I’ve seen say they might be springtails but I hope for a second opinion

    Don't know if there was a connection but I found some of these in my Figs soil before... my fig was dropping so many leafs within a short time.... so I changed out the soil and done a good clean down of the entire plant... now it's thriving

    Those are definitely springtails. They eat molds, so they're great to have around with your plants. They need humidity to live, so while they can jump a good distance, they won't survive if they end up away from the plants
