Been having issues with pests eating the leaves and pests in the soil. Any suggestions? It’s a double bloom rose bush. Also, how can i encourage more blooms besides just dead heading?

    Rose clear ultra. Takes about a week but it’s been a godsend for my roses

    Also I planted garlic in a pot next to them and that helps to deter pests Check for ants. They herd aphids
