A couple months ago I had repotted my croton. Apparently she went into shock and lost all her leaves. I’ve continued to water and mist as the app recommends. I actually trimmed back the dead branches a couple weeks ago. Now I’ve just been waiting for any sign of life, well this morning I noticed these little green buds on the stem!! Could be hope she’s coming back?!

Omg both my baby and mature croton are dropping leaves and looking like death. Plant shop friend assured me they do this this time of year in colder climates (7a) and not to worry. Chop as you said and she promised it will come back fuller and happier than ever!
