Did you check for pests? Magnify lens would help see the little critters. Look underneath the foliage. By silica. It helps with brooding spots

Wipe the leaves and stems and buy silica. Itâs a huge help for variegated plants

It is not in a chunky mix. But I do let the soil dry on the top before watering again.

If itâs potted from nursery soil still, that type of soil takes a while to dry. Get a water meter and check moisture way down the soil. I believe itâs a water issue then. Easy to fix
1 gillaIs this chunky soil better for monsteras? I have a regular monstera that is droopy!

Or a wood stick, like sushi sticks and insert way down to the soil, wait a few minutes and pull it out and see if itâs wet

They like chunky soil. Corse bark, perlite, a bit of good quality soil, and monsteras are big feeders so plant food like Osmocote (something like that)
1 gillaI will look into some chunky soil better

I have 5 monsteras đđ
