Help!! My poor little baby isn’t doing so hot! I’m not certain of the type of plant she is, it was a gift from a friend. She was doing alright for a while. Perky leaves and strong stems, little buds coming through, all of that. Suddenly she’s droopy and nothing I do seems to help. I have windows with bright indirect light and the option of putting her under a grow light if that’s better. Any advice?

Looks like overwatering. The leaves are soft not crispy. Could also be lack of light. Insufficient light can slow kill a plant making it look like it needs water. You might be able to save it if you carefully change out the soil. Check for root rot. Also, it looks too small in that container. The plant can’t use all the water because it’s so tiny. So, overwatering easily becomes an issue. Consider a smaller container (plastic shot glass with holes) with lighter well draining soil if the root ball is small. Fill the container with soil almost to the rim allowing 1/4 inch edge. This will get the soil up out of the pot to get air circulation to help dry out the soil faster. 🍀🪴

You are welcome. The picture is my Hoya Silver Mint Coin in a shallow little 2 inch pot. It’s very happy.
