Hello! Late last summer, I had my string-of-hearts outside and my poor guy was attacked by a mouse. Of about 6 strings only two survived. Once it was strong enough, I decided to put the strings back into the pot to repopulate. After about a month, I got this. I’m not sure what to do because I don’t want to stress it out again. I thank everyone for advice in advance! 💚
rip it out of the pot!! that's more than likely a weed and it will 100% try to choke out your SOH. it's easier to handle a little shock than the roots being suffocated
1 j'aime Thank you! I did as you said. I’m also going to change the soil again just to be safe. I also put the weed in its own pot to find out what it really is. Google Lens says it’s most likely a Physalis peruviana or Cape Gooseberry. Oh well! I just have to wait and see.
Update on the weed. It has flowered a now bearing fruit 😁. It’s a golden berry plant.
