Just got these philo cuttings from my grandma (going to pot soon) but I noticed these spots on a few of the leaves and wasn’t sure what they were. Pests of some kind? Rot caused by water/sun/nutrients/etc? Just wanted to check if I need quarantine her or not.

I don’t know what it is, but I would quarantine it, for sure! I always quarantine new plants, just to keep my others safe. My new plants also go through four sprays of neem, to ward off any fungal diseases, and I put a safe insecticide in my water can for every watering. Good luck!

The leaf with the chunk missing is probs just accidental damage, not necessarily from a pest. However the spotting does look like it could be pest damage. I always always always quarantine new plants, even if they’re from someone I know, even if I don’t see any signs of anything bad. Ya just never know what could be hitching a ride on there haha.
