I inherited this plant from a friend. Im not sure what is going on with these leaves. But are they bad enough that should I cut them off? Other than these the rest of the leaves are nice and green. I don’t understand what’s going on with him 🥲 are these spider mites?

I don’t see anything visually wrong with the leaves. If aesthetically they don’t look good to you, you should cut them. It won’t harm the plant. But fiddle leaf figs tend to put out wonky leaves if there isn’t enough space for them to spread out and have a lack of water. I think of new leaves like butterfly wings, they spread and harden off beautifully when they have the right environment.

Thank you! Im never sure if a leaf is bad enough that I need to cut it off, cause everything I read is saying to cut off brown leaves.

Usually browning leaves are fine. It’s when they start dropping off to be a little worried. Usually that’s a sign of root rot.

Too low humidity when the leaves are forming! Try spritzing new leaves daily when theyre first unfurling
