My yellow leaf dogwood tree is turning brown and spotty. It’s in full sun, in a large pot with drainage. I have two others in pods that are doing well. I can’t find any information as to what might be wrong with it. I haven’t fed it.

If it’s in full sun it most definitely could be burning or just underwatering
1 LikeDogwoods need shade! Where are you located (for example, “in the south”) Do you know what type it is?
1 LikeI’m in the gulf Islands, BC. I have two others in full sun doing great.

0 LikesOk, this helps! Most varieties do better in the shade but this type should be OK! I did some research and are wondering, are you maintaining a consistent “moist” soil (especially on the hottest days)? If yes, could you be overwatering? Just thinking out loud here.
