Help! I re-potted a coworkers jade. One of the jade shoots had a small amount of root rot- all the other roots were healthy. I looked okay for about 3 days and then over the 4 days in the office with no light it looks like this. How can I save her??

I’m no expert, but if I was trying to save it, I would keep them where they are (is the soil new?) and remove all the bad leaves. And put them either under a grow light or a sunny spot. Planta will give you a good schedule to keep it healthy.

Take cuttings and restart the plant from the healthy sections. It has root rot, which is pretty lethal for succulents

Thank you- I’m trying this, but every section keeps getting rot. This plant might be a goner

Try sterlizing your cutters, and wait for the cut to develop a callous before putting it on soil. If the stem section was already rotting when you take the cutting, it won't survive, and rot tends to have roots/mycellium that extends past the visible part
