Cat!

Hey friends, My partner and I got our first Norefolk pine from Lowe’s last week. A lot of their pines were struggling a little bit so it’s definitely going to need some TLC. The main issues currently are the needles at the bottom wilting, and some of the freshers stems at the top having black spots. Does anyone have any advice on caring for this little guy?

They can dry out very quickly when indoors. I bought two last week. They stay outside. But, they dry out and need water every 3 days. They are in gallon pots c Some of the tips are white after drying out. I’m not sure what is causing the black spots.

Omg you will have work ahead of you. I think they are difficult. Requiring warmth, humidity, lots of water, and direct sun. Kind of the opposite of what you think about a pine tree. Good luck.
