My pothos recently grew a leaf that died very quickly (which ended up falling off). The little sprout on the inside also looks dead, and I don’t know if my plant will be able to keep growing since it was the most recent leaf or if I can save it. Help!

I’m pretty sure they can grow from other nodes!

    How are the other vines?

They’re thriving, but they’re also a separate plant (of the same species) in the same pot

If you're not seeing any more growth from this specific vine, you could prune it back one node to encourage new growth. Just make sure you sanitize your cutting tools with isopropyl alcohol to prevent infecting that vine with any bacteria :)

I think I will do that. Also how do I do that

Just cut about 1-2cm behind the most recent node (aka the ring or ridge on the main vine where the leaf is attached). You should end up with a single leaf cutting with its node, which you could definitely try propagating! I'd just wait a week or 2 to see if the vine revives itself. Maybe it'll push out a new leaf? If not then you can "force" it. Good luck!
